360Growth Marketers LLP provides marketing automation, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

– You may need to create an account to access certain features.

– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

– You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are as set forth in your order, proposal, or invoice.

Payments are due as specified (e.g., upon receipt of invoice or per agreed schedule).

We accept payment via Stripe and other methods we may offer; additional processing fees may apply.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality Services. However, if you are not satisfied:

Refund Eligibility: You must submit a written request to hello@360growthmarketers.com within 14 days of the Service delivery date, detailing your concerns.

Refund Amount: Refunds, if granted, will be prorated based on the portion of Services not yet delivered or performed.

Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing Services by providing at least 7 days’ written notice to hello@360growthmarketers.com.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will remain liable for all fees and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid, unused fees for future Services will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services at our discretion (e.g., for non-payment or breach of these Terms). You will be notified in writing, and any prepaid, unused fees will be refunded pro rata.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s proprietary information and not to disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
